SHARON AYDLETTE
Born and raised in South Carolina, I have been playing with food since the 1st grade.
Fast forward, I enrolled in the Pastry Arts program at Delgado College in New Orleans, Louisiana.
After graduating in 2013, I became the pastry chef for Apolline the same year. After spending 5 years there, it was time to move to my hometown, Charleston​
I work from my licensed/insured home cake studio, on James Island. I offer artisan wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and wedding desserts. I incorporate local, organic ingredients whenever possible. I have been featured Southern Bride Magazine, Wedding Sparrow, Magnolia Rouge, Charleston Wedding Magazine and more.
I am a bootstrap, female own business.
